The Italian Awards are pleased to collaborate with the prestigious Accademia Pizzaioli on the judging of the UK National Italian Pizza Championships (Welsh/English Final, Northern Irish/Scottish Final & UK Final) . A panel of professional judges which it will be led by an Ambassador from Accademia Pizzaioli will judge the finalists in this category.

Accademia Pizzaioli is the professional school for aspiring pizza chefs and professionals of the pizza sector. The school was established in 2011 by Enrico Fama’, founder of the first school of pizza in the world (Pizza in the World 1988), who wanted the pizza making industry to be recognised as a professional sector.
